Speaker Bio:
Kevin is a professional land surveyor with more
than 35 years of experience in the surveying profession. Kevin is experienced in
the preparation of ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision engineering,
and 3D spatial mapping for a wide range of commercial, residential and
educational facilities. As County Surveyor for the County of Orange, Kevin’s
team is responsible for the managing all Surveying & Mapping, GIS Services, Map
Reviews and Right of Way acquisitions in support of Orange County Public Works.
Kevin has a Diploma in Survey Technology from the British Columbia Institute of
Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master’s in Business
Administration from Pepperdine University.
